The Board of Directors guide CWAB's mission and vision, set policies and guidelines, coordinate with the Canal Winchester Local School District, provide training and technical assistance to member Clubs, and maintain legal and financial filings as the chief entity.

Each Board of Director is elected to the Board by the membership. Clubs also have elected Officers which manage the day-to-day operations of their athletic club including fundraising, purchasing, and more.
